Fabricated threats to customer is their standard on customer service?
3 month after the move, I received no payment from insurance claim for items they broke. I had no recourse but to write a factual review to warn netizens of bad experience. Then I received an email threatening me that they will withhold payment (that I’m entitled to) if I don’t take down the review. I feel obliged as a social responsibility to share how fabricated threats to customer is apparently their standard on customer service.
If truthful negative online review = withhold payment of a insurance the customer purchased, will an untruthful positive review be okay in their mind?
I paid for the full value insurance. I an entitled to the insurance claim. The payment transaction does not prelude a review of the customer experience.
