Very efficient and accomodating and careful. I was very satisfied with their professional service. They were quickly able to handle some challenges with space limitations in a very appropriate manner.
We had our piano moved from one location and our contents from another on two different dates. Both went extremely smoothly and efficiently. The contents took an hour less than the estimate.

Excellent service and communication. Extra costs for tilting the piano due to 90 degree turn at the tp of the stairs were all talked about beforehand and the guys were quick and very careful with the piano.

We used Hercules to move our piano and they were great. Very fast and careful, they wrapped the piano with blankets and laid thick blankets/material down on our stairs and floor to ensure that there were no damages. The team was very friendly. I would highly recommend their service's.

Impeccable service from Hercules Moving Company! This is our 3rd time reserving their team and services and there is a good reason for that! They called us 2 days prior to moving to confirm the appointment and then again when they were on their way to our place. Upon arrival they were extremely professional and diligent. They wrapped all of our furniture items individually with what looked like very protective material. We had 2 movers in total as we were moving from a condo to a house, and both of them were very professional and courteous! Their management followed up with me during the moving process and then as soon as it was over to make sure everything went smooth and we were satisfied with the experience. The quality of their work is unbeatable, the service is on a whole other level! This completely was beyond professional in every stage of the process of the move. They were extremely experienced, contentious, and caring when it came to every detail of the move. They actually went above and beyond expectations, showing us exactly how the piano would be packaged and moved, and even disassembling the baby gate to get it into the basement. The guys were so lovely and I would strongly recommend them for your piano move.

HMC moved my piano this morning and their service was wonderful! It was a big heavy upright piano likely around 1000lbs and they moved it flawlessly and their quote was very reasonable in comparison to other companies. They ended up needing to use a different exit route out of the building than I had told them about and were very understanding and didn't charge me more for the change. (Though lesson learned if you are moving something like a piano, show them all the exits, they are the experts in how best to move them!)
Their customer service and communication has been excellent from the getgo. I highly recommend them. I will be using them for my home move now also.
