This completely was beyond professional in every stage of the process of the move. They were extremely experienced, contentious, and caring when it came to every detail of the move. They actually went above and beyond expectations, showing us exactly how the piano would be packaged and moved, and even disassembling the baby gate to get it into the basement. The guys were so lovely and I would strongly recommend them for your piano move.
