I called John after some minor plumbing issues began to pile up (slow drains, leaky faucets, broken humidifier valve). On the morning that John was scheduled to come, the kitchen faucet also decided to spring a leak! John arrived at the scheduled time, and even texted 30 minutes prior to arriving to keep me in the loop. John worked diligently to resolve all the plumbing issues. He took the time to talk to me about each issue before he started the work. He presented options, made recommendations, and patiently answered all of my questions. In the end, one drain needed to be cleared, 3 faucets needed replacing, and the solenoid valve on my humidifier was replaced. While he was here, John noticed a couple of minor issues in other areas that he fixed up at no charge. He kept each area tidy and cleaned up well when he was finished. Before he left, he walked me through everything he did and taught me how to better maintain my drains. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others. Thanks John!

Very happy that I called Dima Plumbing to come install rough-ins to hook up our laundry. John was very polite, professional and explained everything. He was also super quick as he offered to come the next day to do the work after getting a quote. He did an amazing job and couldn't of asked for anything more. Full disclosure, I'm writing this review based on work that was done for my senior parents.

My mother had a handyman try to fix a leaking faucet on their bidet, which unfortunately went awry. After seeing all the positive reviews on Mr Dima, she called him and setup a visit to see the problem.

He was very punctual, had respect for their space (used booties over his shoes), and cleaned up his work area after work was completed. She found him to be approachable - he didn't mind her "barrage" (her words, not mine!) of questions, and took the time to explain everything in a manner she could understand.

He also gave advice as to the most cost effective way to fix their leaking 30+ year old bidet.

In her words, "If you want to get the job done, get a master plumber rather than a handyman! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants to get the job done right."

Given that my parents are seniors who have unfortunately been taken advantage of in past by shady workmen (and are thus pretty critical of any work done around the house), I'd say this is pretty high praise.

John is a Licensed Master Plumber and his work really demonstrates his high level of professionalism and competence.

Our 4 toilets are 16 years old. He and his colleague installed 4 high quality brand new toilets for us. His price also included new piping as the old pipes were rusted.

He and his colleague kept the noise level really low. They were so quiet at times that I thought they were taking a break. I only could hear them flushing the toilets to test them and using their vacuum to clean the area.

We will be contacting John with all of our future plumbing needs.

Dima plumbing help swap the dishwasher and faucet from my one property with another. The process went very smooth. I would highly recommend Dima plumbing and will go with them in my future plumbing needs.

After getting a much higher quote for fixing a problem with or bathroom faucets from another highly rated plumbing company, we found that Dima Plumbing offered the. Eat price. He also did a thorough check on the plumbing conditions with the rest of our house which other plumbing company did not even bother to check since they seemed rushed when taking a look at the house. John was great and takes his work very seriously. I appreciated his honest opionion and help. We have some more work to be done in the future with our other bathrooms and will be booking him soon.

Hiring John to look into and fix a number of plumbing issues in the house was the best decision. Some of the tasks were as simple as needing to snake a few slow draining pipes to a couple major surprises/issues like replacing a broken pvc drainage tube and a piece of a corroded copper pipe.

Having to come by the house twice to complete all the tasks, John was very conscientious with his time and ours. In total it was probably 5-6 hours worth of work but best of all the price was exceptionally reasonable.

We highly recommend John and have been passing around his contact information to our family and friends.

John was great. We needed to coordinate with the town to get our water shut off so having a plumber show up on time was critical. John showed up on time, and worked clean and quick. I'd use John and Dima plumbing again and reccomend him for all plumbing needs.

John really knows what he's doing when it comes to plumbing! He has come in a couple of times to help us fix things and has done so in a professional and timely manner. The last time, he snaked a clogged up drain that was causing our laundry machine to overflow. He is also very reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone!

John was polite, efficient and replaced the shut-off valve on the rental water heater. John diagnosed why there was no hot water generating for more than several minutes and told me to advise the Enercare technician to replace the dip tube. John has the answers that the first technician that arrive days earlier couldn't resolve.
