John was polite, efficient and replaced the shut-off valve on the rental water heater. John diagnosed why there was no hot water generating for more than several minutes and told me to advise the Enercare technician to replace the dip tube. John has the answers that the first technician that arrive days earlier couldn't resolve. Well done John!!
