Both Tim and John did a wonderful job installing my new AC. Very professional team and they did a wonderful job. Professionally installed the ac and didnt leave a single mess behind.

Furnace solutions was nothing but professional during the entire process. Lots of phone calls to ensure we knew what was going on and when they were going to be there to do the install. The guys that did the install were very professional and worked efficiently. They even replaced our thermostat as it wasn't working properly. They explained everything well and cleaned up after themselves.

Needed some service on ductwork relating to original homebuilder (20 yrs old). Mitch & Nolan showed up early (love it) andfixed it quickly. Once again, very pleased with Furnace Solutions.

The staff from Furnace Solutions were very knowledgable, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time and completed the work much sooner than I had expected and then went through everything with me. All in all it went very smoothly and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I rarely leave reviews because I find the service industry has been saturated with useless individuals trying to make a quick buck. However, I have found an exception to my comment above and that is all thanks to Furnace Solutions. From the beginning, Ryan was polite, professional and definitely knowledgeable. Discussing price, options and install was a breeze with Ryan as he was able to get me the right fit for my current needs, as well as having a warranty, product and services which no other competitors could match. I opted for an a/c unit, garage heater, and Nest thermostat which could be done all at once and with no hassles. We had some confusion on the install day but it was rectified immediately and scheduled for a day that worked best for both of us. On install day Tim and Mitch called first thing in the morning to confirm, and they came to my residence on time and prepared. They welcomed me to watch them work their magic as they educated me while I was a fly on the wall. The guys were very professional and knowledgeable and were definitely proud of their work, and which they should be. Looking at my neighbours a/c install looks like a 5 year old child with a wrench installed theirs verses mine, all the piping and cables were tied in nicely and properly secured, insulation was put in the right places and there was no mess. When they installed the garage heater, the exterior exhaust pipe stuck out a couple feet too much but I emailed them that night and they had Matthew come out to fix it the next day. I am pretty anal about products and services but these guys did everything to ensure that I was happy. Thanks Furnace Solutions!

I called around and their price quote was the lowest. This was the first time anyone showed me how to changed the filter on my humidifier. They also found a small gas leak in the furnace and fixed that. Good service - good price.

We needed our furnace disassembled and reassembled to accommodate moving a new washer in. They went above and beyond to help us out!

To start, Scott arrived on time, called previous to his arrival and even offered to bring us a coffee or tea. He gave us many options and didn't try to upsell us on anything. Jon and Matthew arrived, and blew us away with their professionalism and quality of craftsmanship. After the install they gave us a thorough demonstration on the air conditioner and made sure we knew how to operate it. Ultimately super pleased with these guys. Great job guys!

Had a problem with air conditioner making vibration noises. Furnace Solutions came next day as promised and were able to solve the problem. Courtesy calls before they arrived were appreciated. Excellent customer service. Always friendly and intent on finding solution.
