Deeply unhappy with Websters (and our new home builder).
We purchased a new, $700K+ new home which closed in Nov 2016. Websters was the HVAC contractor, and the company we have been working with as part of the post-warranty service. They subcontract to various other companies.
The quality of the install is awful. We have had no less than five service calls to the house to date for various HVAC related issues, everything from bolts in the furnace fan, to water leaking from the intake of the HRV system (condensation buildup leaving pools of water on our basement floor - but apparently that's "normal").
The HRV was reportedly improperly wired as noted by one of their subcontractors on his latest visit trying to figure out why our A/C wasn't cooling the house, and he simply disconnected the HRV and said that "Sean at Websters will come back and fix it" because it was causing issues in the furnace fan.
On the same visit, he had to recharge the coolant on a 4 month old A/C unit as it was either leaking, or was not properly refilled after the A/C was moved prior to our move-in by Websters (they originally installed it in the wrong location).
But now, Websters sent in a "report" where they are claiming to our builder that our warranty is voided because we "re-wired the HRV" - which makes no sense as we've never touched the HRV wiring whatsoever.
Websters is a deeply untrustworthy company to work with. We are continuing to fight out battle after battle with them, and our builder, over basic HVAC installation quality. Do not recommend, do not deal with these folks.
