I can recommend this company service for all customers with computer problem. My opinion is very good. Very fast and reliable repair for my very old desktop . Actually, I already thought my old desktop became dead ( 2007 year of manufacture !) but technician Nigel has fixed problem for next day ! What is important - for rather reasonable and fair price.
Even more - Nigel has a little modernized and upgraded my old computer , now it works better than before !

I had a 2 year old Dell that since day 1 was problematic. Even when under warranty and having Dell take a look, they couldn't figure out what was wrong.

Got utterly frustrated 2 weeks ago and my father had used Nigel before and was impressed.

Nigel diagnosed the problem and had the computer back to me within 6 hours.

Professional, talked to me in a language I could understand and provided updates throughout the whole day.

So impressed with this company. Definitely will use again as my husband had an old desktop that he was going to toss but now knows of a good professional who will have the best shot at getting it working again!

PC operating system changeover from windows XT to Windows 8.1.
Application software required new configuration to make it work properly with Windows 8.1. Color printing had issues with shades and hew, fixed. Everything went well and very cost effective.
