Richard and his team have helped me a couple times on short notice. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpfulI would highly recommend.

Earlier this week we had problems getting hot water, but when I arranged to have the hot water tank technician look at it he said it was working fine. So I emailed Richard the next day and he had it fixed less than 24 hours after I had reached out! He explains whats going on and your options clearly, and gets the job done. He is a pleasure to work with. Im glad I kept his card from when he helped me out a few years ago!

Richard and his colleague came to re-attach my water line to my fridge - reasonable price and job was quick and hassle free.

I had a leaking faucet in my bathtub for many months, which we try to fix ourselves unsuccessfully. Richard immediately knew what the problem was, and fixed the it immediately and did very clean work

Long weekend and we couldn't find anyone for immediate same day service. I sent a note to Homestarts and Richard responded with a phone call quite quickly. No service charge to diagnose the problem like others stipulate. He told me he would be over within the hour and he was true to his word. He snaked the drain a couple of time to remove the roots and unclog the pipe. He was efficient and tidy. Pleasant and trustworthy. Even measured the yard with me to show me where the clog most likley occurred. I would recommend and am very appreciative of the quick response. Cash, cheque or E-Transfer.

I worked with Richard from Premium Plumbers. I had an emergency as I wasn't receiving hot water. Richard promptly responded to my request very professionally and came out to my home in a matter of hours. He assessed my situation and explained his plan and gave me a rough estimate as to how long the work would take and adhered to the timing. I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.

Richard removed an old toilet in our upstairs bathroom and replaced it with a newly purchased one. After he had left, water began leaking from the ceiling of the powder room below causing extensive damage. I phoned him and he immediately returned, removed the toilet and fixed the leak. He suggested waiting awhile before repairing the ceiling to ensure that the problem had been solved. We did this and then asked Richard to arrange to have the damaged ceiling repaired. He refused to take responsibility, saying that the damage was not his fault. Clearly it was!

Richard from premium plumbing is great! He is extremely smart, very knowledgeable about all things plumbing related and very skilled. Weve used him for years in our old house and now moved to a new house and still call him for plumbing issues. He always responds promptly, is very reasonable in price and most of all is very good at what he does. He gives advice after fixing various issues, ensures everything works well before he leaves, and has always been available 1-2 days after calling him if not the same day.
