I'm so glad I found Pristine Plumbing on here. I reached out to a few companies for quotes and while all were similar, Pristine was the fastest to respond and most confident in their responses (thanks Dan!)
We used them for our kitchen reno which meant the moving of a water line for the fridge from one side of the kitchen to another, on a totally different wall, and then a return visit to connect the new sink and dishwasher.

Andrew came to help us out on both those visits and was an absolute rockstar. Everything went as planned for the water line, but once the sink was installed he noticed that it wasn't draining as quickly as it should. He came back a week later to see what else could be done and I watched him meticulously trouble shoot every possible option that might be causing the slow draining. He finally discovered that our pipes were backgrading quite badly (something that was from the original build of the house) and were quite clogged with grease buildup. He fixed the backgrade which set us back only an extra $200 (which for the amount of time he spent down there, was beyond reasonable). Our sink now drains lightening fast and honestly out of all the trades I had in for this full kitchen reno Andrew and Pristine Plumbing were the easiest to coordinate, gave the most detailed and thoroughly informative invoices (complete with photos!), and were an absolute pleasure to work with.
I'm a firm believer that once you find a service provider that does a fantastic job you hold on to them so I'll be calling Andrew & Pristine Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs moving forward.

Dishwasher flooded kitchen floor due to massively clogged sink pipes. Found Pristine Plumbing & Drainage on Google and booked an appointment. The tech (Michael) was on time, professional and friendly. He let me explain the situation and then explained how he could fix it. Had to replace my garburator and clean out the pipes which was expected. Managed to get the parts he needed and complete the repair in about 1 1/2 hours. Showed me what was done and explained the warranties etc. Everything works great now and very happy with my first time ever calling a plumbing service.

I called Pristine to replace my electric water tank. Boy I am so glad I called them! Andrew, the repair man, was on time, very courteous and did an excellent job, quick and without leaving a mess behind. The quote Daniel (the owner) gave me by email, was spot on and his recommendations were very helpful for me to proceed booking an appointment with them. Excellent service from my initial call to the work done. Daniel was very good about assessing whether emergency service was required and scheduling the service as soon as possible. The work provided by Michael was timely and effective I was very pleased with the result and the professionalism of the team.

Andrew was a total professional and explained everything to me after listening to the steps I had already tried myself.

As a new homeowner obviously not knowing much about plumbing, he did not talk down to me. In fact, he was kind enough to listen to what I had to say, make me feel heard and also help me learn a few things.

He tested the flow after snaking each time and did not hesitate to snake the drain again after not being satisfied with how well the drain was flowing after each of the first two attempts. It is now over 2 months later and the drain has been working great ever since.

We were also supplied with a cleaner to help reduce the chances of the clog happening again.

Professionally, expedient, friendly, courteous crew! The work was originally estimated to be 10 days but everything was finished in 6 days. Daniel gave us a clear idea of what to expect and how the process would go. Everything happened according to plan, and we were consulted when decisions needed to be made. On the last day, they put everything back in place so quickly and cleaned up really well. We are pleased with their work and have the peace of mind that our house is protected from during the heavy rainfalls.

The lady answered my call right away and was super helpful - she gave me quotes on the issues I said I was having and she got me an appointment the next morning. The plumber was fantastic - super friendly, professional and efficient. He even communicated with the caretaker of the building for me so the strata would understand and pay for an issue that wasnt my responsibility. I highly recommend this company!

Finding a good plumber is like finding a good mechanic. I am most pleased I read the other reviews on Home Stars to initiate contact with this company. From start to finish everything was excellent for my repair job. Leaky pipe (somewhere) behind a wall is not an easy fix. Michael showed up exactly on time, and had my problem diagnosed and then repaired within 2 hours. Looking forward to their return to replace my rear discharge toilet.
