Finding a good plumber is like finding a good mechanic. I am most pleased I read the other reviews on Home Stars to initiate contact with this company. From start to finish everything was excellent for my repair job. Leaky pipe (somewhere) behind a wall is not an easy fix. Michael showed up exactly on time, and had my problem diagnosed and then repaired within 2 hours. Looking forward to their return to replace my rear discharge toilet. Can see why there are so many 10/10 reviews. New Tech arrived early, fixed my Samsung Dryer quickly, and charged a very reasonable price for parts and labor. When your dryer heat goes, 9 times out of 10 it is the heating element that fried. They suspected that part was culprit, and even brought the replacement, just in case. My hat is off to Amin and his son, and they will be my first call, the next time one of my appliances fail. And, there will always be a next time. Always. Rob

Superior service from Jason. Arrived right on time, and kept the work on budget. Friendly and informative throughout. When ever you crack a wall, and the contractor goes 'oh oh' , you start to sweat. Jason worked out the problems, and fixed me up proper. we did new supply lines for future sink, and moved lines and drain pipe for washing machine. We are happy now. Needed a toilet repair to take out old/stuck ball float. I then added a new water supply line, along with replacing 70 year old water valve at the wall. Mike and Ryan made it look easy. My previous wasted hours at this being factored in. While in the bathroom I also asked for a bit of other work in my bathtub. I was most impressed with the work, along with the explanations of what I should have done, back when. When the little jobs are done with such precision, it gives me confidence to call them back, when time to reno our kitchen. Initial contact by email was responded to quickly. Highly recommended. Congrats on finding this electrician on Home Stars. After my research, I contacted them by email, and Mr. Redford helped to clarify the inexpensive solution to my electrical panel problem. With several exchanges we added other small items to the work order to make it worth the trip. The assigned electrician (George) showed up on time, and completed all the work in a superior and professional manner for a good price. Would highly recommend, and will definitely use them again for my future needs.

Superior service from this company. I started with web research, just like you are doing now. Sent them an email on early Saturday morning, and was contacted promptly to arrange the consultation later in the day. Alec showed up on time, and 45 minutes later basic unit was recommended and selected for my needs. As luck would have it, they could install 2 days later, which was Monday. Kyle and David showed up 3 minutes early, and 6 hours later, my house has started to cool down. I teased Kyle, that while he arrived 3 minutes early, it was 24 years late for me. I should have done this a long time ago. As you research, you will find prices are comparable, so it is the service that makes a difference. This company provides that, in spades. The contract comes with first annual servicing for free. I will be using them for all my future needs. Rob A
