Handyman Kwik Solutions

Needed a handyman to do some minor repair work around the house. Work included some ceiling dry wall patching, replacing basement drywall damaged from a leak, and repairing fence which was damaged in wind storm. Sam did an excellent job and was efficient. His work is good quality and he is easy to deal with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a handyman.

We hired Sam to fix plumbing fixtures, remodel two closets with vinyl flooring and gypsum board, install interior door "baby" gates to control pet movement, and build a cat sandbox for you know what in our backyard. He was efficient, creative, cheerful, procured all materials, and presented us with a reasonable bill. He will be coming back for sure! Even our yappy spaniel liked him! Book in advance. His reputation proceeds him!

Saeed did a wonderful job before, during and after the assignment. He was very thorough in the planning and preparation, came on time and got everything done as needed. What's more, the various jobs were done in an order that did not obstruct the family's movement in anyway - as we could go about our day. Saeed also cleaned up after and the place was spotless.

Floors, plumbing, door installation, electrical....all these problems were fixed quickly. Sam is courteous and handles concerns quickly and efficiently. Doing painting at my new home. Highly recommend Sam to fix what you need done.

We have been working with Sam for a couple of years and we were in need to renovate a small bathroom because we had some leakage issues. Sam was very professional and delivered a great job. We are very happy with the end result. He and his team were a pleasure to work with.

i had my bathroom fully renovated by sam .bathtub was removed and stand shower beautifully replaced.
tile and flooring is done as well as sliding door for shower .
i was amazed by how fast and supper clean this team worked .

Saeed came to my rescue when another handyman cancelled at the last minute. Saeed always responded to my texts promptly and arrived on time. I had a full day's worth of tasks for him including repairing a hole in the ceiling where a bathroom fan had been, removing and replacing old caulking in a tub surround, repairing interior doors so they close properly and replacing a leaky faucet. Saeed is honest, trustworthy and hardworking. I am certain that I will be hiring Saeed again and I don't hesitate to give him a five star rating. Thank you again, Saeed.
