This is the third project my wife and I requested from Sam over the past 4 years. That tells you how much I appreciate his professional workmanship. The job this time involved modernizing the kitchen. Without saying anything, he and his partner fixed wall flaws and cracks in other rooms. Much appreciated. The work in the kitchen involved installing Pot Lights, kitchen cabinet updating with paint and modern handles, painting the kitchen walls and ceiling as well as the dining room. He also plastered a ceiling damaged by rainwater. Sam will return in a few weeks to install a modern counter top on order. Sam is polite and gives wonderful suggestions. He demands perfection in his work and provides it.

If you read my review a year ago (Jerry in Toronto) based on exterior work around the house, I again called Sam to do some interior touch up work after another company installed hardwood flooring. His work is outstanding. Not only does Sam complete chores as requested, but he comes up with suggestions that greatly enhance the appearance. He is a perfectionist. I will be calling him in a few months for additional work. He is punctual and he is a gentleman.

After reading several reviews regarding Sam and his friend, I decided to give them a try. Glad I did. I was immediately impressed with their demeanor. Their work consisted of painting the exterior of my house using the paint of my choosing. In addition I had them replace wood flooring on my balcony deck as well as refinish and repaint the metal railing surrounding the deck. Sam repaired the concrete flooring in my garage. All the work was completed above and beyond my expectations. When the work was finished, everything was cleaned up, and all furnishings were returned to their proper locations. They were so polite and treated me and my wife with respect. Thanks again.
