I had a rental property that I needed cleaned up between tenants. I needed, paint, drywall repairs, building a new closet, new floors, new dishwasher. I hired a contractor to do the work and he completed about 50% of the job and then disappeared. Im SO grateful I found Sam. He came in quickly and completed all the work in a very timely and professional manner. He had to fix a lot of the work that the previous contractor had done. Hes very friendly, very professional and he does great work. Best of all he sticks to his word and completed my job in exactly the amount of time he said it would take and for a very fair price. I would highly recommend Sam and will be calling him again for any future work that I need done!

I am so glad I found Saeed! In addition to doing good work at reasonable rates, he is punctual, responds to messages quickly, and maintains a tidy work environment. He has been happy to do both small and larger jobs (from replacing broken glass on a cabinet door, regrouting & recaulking, painting & plastering, changing faucets to new flooring, exterior door replacement, and new countertop/sink/backsplash). He works very efficiently and deals with any problems that may arise with flexibility and good nature. He genuinely wants to ensure his customers are satisfied with the final result.

Sam is a keeper as far as handymen go. We had assembled a lengthy list of "items to be fixed" eg a drawer that won't close properly, a new light fixture to install, etc. Sam was able to repair all of the items on our list and then some. Not only was he punctual, but polite, friendly, efficient and most importantly, he got all the jobs done and was a pleasure to work with. Sam is the handyman that everyone needs to have on speed dial. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him in the future.

Sawed (Sam) is very honest and hard working. He gutted our kitchen and laundry room, laid new tile and painted. He was always on time and very neat. We had some hiccups but Sam was always respectful and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. He had great recommendations for where to purchase tiles and countertops.

The work was carried out in a most professional way. You could see the pride they put into the job. They made some very helpful suggestions to improve the outcome of the work.

They also carried out some extra tasks (for a very reasonable charge) that were not included in the original job proposal.

They were friendly and easy to work with.

Saeed made our home beautiful once again!
Saeed helped us with an almost whole home paint (walls, baseboard, trim, interior/exterior doors and have our bar a whole new personality). He works quickly and repaired drywall, fixed our gate, replaced the screen in our patio door, re-painted the driveway lamp, did our lighting, fixed our shed. Saeed is the BEST! He is a consummate professional, skilled at his craft and the quality of his work is pure excellence. We will definitely be calling on him again for future needs and highly recommend his services.

I had a drainage pipe burst which flooded the basement, resulting in flooring removal and 2 perimeter of drywall/insulation removal. Saeed was quick to respond and start work on repairs. He and his helpers did a great job re-doing the insulation, drywall, paint, vinyl flooring, baseboards, and tiling bathroom floor. It wasnt easy with all the furniture / appliance in their way, but they managed. Saeed listened and addressed all my concerns and wasnt picky about helping with little extra work (e.g, new hose bib installation, cement filling, cabinet re-mounting). Whenever he was in doubt, hed check in with me first. He worked 9-5 and kept the place tidy. The quote was fair and good value; and Im extremely happy with the outcome (see before/after pics). Id definitely call Saeed for future work around the house.

We've recently bought our first home and Saeed helped add/fix a few things in it (see the title). First I'd like to say that it was very easy to work with Saeed. He was responsive, always showed up on time, was very friendly and polite. He even picked up some of the items and materials for me. His prices were also reasonable and at the end of the project I paid exactly what we agreed on so there were no unknown extra costs.

I also have no complaints about the quality of Kwik Solutions' work. Things that we hired Saeed for he did well.
Kitchen backsplash was done nicely.
When installing the vanity in our bathroom one of the pipes was sticking out of the wall too much so our vanity didn't fit. Saeed had to do some extra cutting/fixing but everything was well put together in the end.
He also installed light fixtures and a mirror in the bathroom. When installing the mirror I noticed that the light fixtures were a bit off to one side but that was easy to adjust and Saeed fixed it promptly.
I'm also happy with how he installed the pendant lights in our dining area, bedroom and living room and how he mounted the tv (I was a little worried about that one because our TV is big and weighs over 120 pounds, but everything seems sturdy and secure).

Overall, I'm happy with Saeed's work and most likely will hire him again for similar projects.
