After meeting with a few closet companies, we chose Closets by Design because of their good reviews and value for money. We worked with Mia and Sara and they were both great and accommodating. Sara designed our closet and built in on the spot and Mia was always there to answer our emails. Faisal came to do the installation and he was friendly and professional. The measurements were slightly off, but Faisal was able to come up with some solutions to rectify the problem. We are very happy with the finished product.

As a journalist, I do plenty of research before deciding on a vendor. Closets By Design initially sounded too good to be true. But after going through the entire process, getting our WIC, mirror closet with shelves and foyer closet done, I can tell you that they are really that good and cost-efficient. From Sara (the designer who literally works 24/7) to Mia (their super-friendly customer rep) to Hassan (the nicest installer), you could get all your closets or cabinetry needs at a super reasonable price. There’s no need to go anywhere else!

Sara helped out so much with the design and choices, Mia was always prompt & informative whenever we called and Faisal was wonderful installing everything even when we made changes. We got 3 custom closets done by Closets by Design; 2 reach-ins and 1 walk-in and are very impressed with the product as well as the service we received. This team is very professional and friendly. We were able to get a quote and our closets complete within less than 2 weeks! The price was also a lot more reasonable than California Closets, whom we also got a quote from.
