There was a bit of a mix up with my appointment and cost but everyone was professional and ensured I was made right.

It installation was quick and looks great.

Custom wardrobe installed by Hassan, who was excellent! Courteous, efficient, tidy. Very happy with the job. Sara was the designer who was also great to work with. Promptly responded if ever there were questions about the project.

Excellent experience working with Closets by design on a recent room renovation. From the consultation with a designer to the final delivery and installation the entire process was very professional and the final result surpassed expectations.

All four closets are looking firm and good. Best is master bedroom closet. Overall good job.

I was admiring my neighbour's closets and she recommended Closets by Design. She had her closets done here and was very happy with the price and the service. I can see why! I had my 3 custom closets installed today by Faisal and he could not have been more efficient and professional. He took his shoes off in the hallway (it was a snowy winter day) and took great care to keep everything clean (I'm a clean freak) and was very skilled and professional in installing my closets. I was nervous about the end result when I initially ordered them bc I only saw a drawing of them, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!!

I would highly recommend this company and would be sure to ask for installer Faisal again!

The first time we used Closets by Design was for my son's home in Ajax. As soon as we saw the results my husband and I decided to do the two closets in our 1904 home and we were impressed with the creative ideas giving by Mike. He was informative, attentive to details and professional.
Hassan the installer and his assistant were courteous and considerate. They work clean, quick and professionally. Our unit looks great and exceeded expectations.
So pleased with the service and the product, we decided not only to do the laundry and a book case on the basement couple weeks ago (very happy to have Hassan again to do the installation), but to refer them to my best friend who just moved to a new town house.
