We have contacted company twice, March 2020 and Sept. 2021. Both times, we had unexpected issues. Alex came over as soon as he could and helped us in 2020 with our furnace and in 2021 with a broken Thermostat. Extremely happy with the quality of service and professionalism. I highly recommend Bluefrost.

Alex, the technician, quickly responded to my emergency call and was able to fit me in to his schedule relatively quickly. He arrived early in the time window scheduled, and was exceptionally professional and quickly identified and fixed the problem.
I will definitely call him again for regular maintenance and when problems arise.

We are Seniors. It is 34C today and our A/C went out! We posted in a local Orleans, ON FB site looking for help. Alex answered and came right over. He figured out the problem. It was something minor. He fixed it and wouldn’t let us pay him!

Alex came to do an estimate to replace our defunct system. Within a week he scheduled us for an install and his team came on-time and very quickly replaced our system. He was very organized and kept the site clean and tidy, placing floor mats all the way to the basement, removing all the old system and the packing from the new system. Alex is very professional, prompt and friendly. Out of the three companies I contacted to get quotes to replace our 13 year old power vented hot water tank, he was the only one who actually came to the house to see what replacement would entail. His price was several hundred dollars lower than either of the other quotes.

A week later, our heater died. Alex came the following afternoon and replaced the tank for the price quoted. He left the site clean, and his work looks great. He was very thorough, and double checked everything he did. I highly recommend him.
