Roy and his team did an outstanding job. Prior to selecting Protex Plumbing, Roy gave detailed answers to all my questions and walked through the different options with me. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. On top of his experience, his warm and charismatic personality is rare.

Roy did a fantastic job when he arrived. He was quick and thorough. He explained the entire job as he proceeded and offered many suggestions as to how to prolong the use of materials. He made me feel like a plumbing professional by the time he was done!

Roy was very quick to assess and repair the problem. It was a small fix, but I'd be pleased to call upon him should a larger issue arise!

They were very professional, yet friendly and put me at ease. They obviously knew what they were doing. 10/10 would highly use again.

Had a clogged main drain, basement flooded with sewage. The guys came in and snaked the drain efficiently, and also discovered a broken pipe. They excavated and replaced pipe efficiently. All within 6 hours. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Was red seal certified. Would recommend.
