Nick was very pleasant and very professional. He did a wonderful job! He not only replaced our broken spring but, he also verified all the garage door components and spayed the wheels and rails for us with lubricant. He also noticed that the connection to the garage door for the automatic door opener wasn't connected properly and fixed that too. I'm was very impressed with his service. He showed up within the time I was given and everything was done in a timely manner with a smile. I would highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors to anyone that needs garage door repairs/services.

This company was great. Riley, the technician, was friendly and professional. I have an infant who was napping during the install. Riley was very understanding and accommodating. After the install, he was very thorough and helpful in explaining the system and answering questions.

Cody did a great job! He was very thorough inspected the issue and even went out of his way to make adjustments to the doors alignment. I'm very impressed with the service. From the moment I walked in for a quote to the day when the capping was completed, this has been an amazing experience. Brandon came to my home on the same day I walked in to the showroom for a quote. He brought colour samples and inspected the work site. The quality of their workmanship is first rate. They even re-enforced the existing garage door opener. Their people are courteous and efficient. One of the doors springs needed adjusting a month or so later and technician was there within a couple of days. Great experience, Highly recommended!

I had one of my tension spring snap and had to replace it in a hurry. I thought to replace both garage door tension springs at the same time but the guys recommended that I didn't replace the other one as it seemed to be in good shape (despite some rust and neglect). It looked like it was replaced more recently (by a previous homeowner).

Save me some coin - they lubed and tighten the garage motor chain for me me as well. Fast and efficient same day service.

Even though I was late by 30 minutes, by the time I got home, Nick had fixed the problem, which included having no access to the garage except by the broken, jammed door. He replaced the cables, lubed the tracks, and reconnected the door. Nice and easy for me! Nick was also professional and personable - I very much appreciate the work done and will call again! Thanks!
