Whitby Garage Doors was very friendly on the phone and the servicemen came within an hour to replace the broken spring on my garage door.
The 2 servicemen were very kind, courteous and the work they did was quick professional. It only took them about 45 minutes to replace the springs and take the old springs away. They also have a mobile credit card machine for easy pay options. I highly recommend them.

I found that Chad was very informative and had answered all of my questions during the quotation process. Material order and timeline installation was accurate.

My garage door broke down last night and remained open through out the night, I phoned Whitby Garage Doors first thing in the morning. They were busy and said could not came until the next day. when I insisted and explained my urgency they immediate offered to come the same day. Arrived at the designated time and fixed the door quickly and efficiently, also providing some very helpful tips for regular maintenance.
Overall an excellent and satisfying experience.

Couldn't be happier! The product exceeded expectations and the service was excellent. Unfortunately I couldn't remember the installer or seller but both did a great job answering any questions I had.

Also, I shopped around at Costco and a few other vendors and found the prices to be comparable. Would recommend!

Highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors! As I commute, I am unable to be home for appointments during regular business hours. Chad was very accommodating and did a drive by quote and left brochures. He was very responsive to my questions and helped with my selection process. The final cost was reasonable and the installation of the door and opener was done well and quickly. Great experience from quote to installation. Chad was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the selection process of our new garage door and opener, along with options for capping. The quality of the work Riley did to remove the old door and install the new one with the opener was second to none. Robert's work to complete the project with the new capping made all the difference to the finished job. Everything was completed to the highest quality and very quickly. Technicians Nick and Riley came to complete repair after phone call made. Situation was quickly resolved. Both were polite and professional. Preventative work done as well. I would easily recommend this company and these technicians to anyone in the future.

Great overall experience!! Cody was awesome! He was a great reflection of the company!!!! I would highly recommend this company to friends and family! We have a new baby and he was so understanding, he explained in detail what was going to happen as we had an issue with space for the garage door opener.
