We discovered that our furnace stopped working when we got home from work. We called several companies who did not answer or return our calls. We came across Heatworks and Tyler answered our call, and he made arrangements with us to attend asap and this was after 7pm. Fortunately our furnace started working again and when we called him back to let him know, he was very professional about it even though he was already on his way and he also took the time to give us some advice/tips. Should anything come up again we will definitely arrange for Heatworks to attend.

We hired HeatWorks to repair our furnace. Tyler showed up on time, identified the problem and made the repairs quickly. In addition to replacing the motor, he also cleaned the rest of the unit at no extra charge. We’re happy to recommend HeatWorks for any furnace work.

Tyler came and checked out our very old furance and was upfront that the cost would be a lot to get it running again, so we opted to get a new one. Tyler was able to come the next day to install our new furance. He did a great job and we are over joyed to be able to actually feel heat come out of our vents! We were very impressed with how professional and friendly Tyler was, we will definitely recommend him!
