Thanks for the great review. I apologize for the lack of communication. After you booked the move at 9:00am I tried my best to have the guys arrive as soon as possible. Our London trucks where booked out so we dispatched our hamilton crew and once they got out of there call zone they lost frequency. I will let the crew know you appreciated there great service.

Customer left yard with vehicle with no complaints. Then 2 weeks later after we asked for feedback on the services provided he asked us to repair a broken mirror. I would love to see which company would pay for a mirror 2 weeks after customer received vehicle. There is no reason to answer his call or try to keep him happy because we will not pay for a mirror that we didn't break. If he had pointed out the mirror at the pick up location we would be happy to discuss his claim. Also it's just a side mirror that's a cheap fix. If we felt we broke it we would have no problem with paying for it. If we make a mistake we are happy to accept responsibility because we run a professional business. We have plenty of great reviews and lots of repeat customers.
