what a crock of crap. hired them to move a truck from alberta to some location in milton ontario(not even sure its their dock?) nice at first to talk with/email but after i make a complaint about my mirror being damaged all of the sudden they aren't so nice. imply im not being truthful about it, ignoring emails, telling me they will call me to sort it out and they never do. find out they didnt even do the work themselves, they sub contracted out the work to someone else so they have no idea what actually happened, tell me to go through their insurance but never give me the number, tell me to deal with the company that did the moving. excuse after excuse. i have email after email where it shows just how they treat customers that are not happy with how things went. just look back at all the negative ratings they have. instead of apologizing they blame the people that they screwed over and tell everyone reading that they dont need to worry about those negative ratings as those customers dont matter. they stopped replying to me now for a month when i pointed out that they said "Customer satisfaction is our guarantee.." only when the customer is happy i guess #edit they do such a great job and im not being truthful about the company they sub contracted (breaking my mirror) that they li ed to homestars about me even being a customer of theirs, trying to get my review taken down. look at their response as well. shameful.

Customer left yard with vehicle with no complaints. Then 2 weeks later after we asked for feedback on the services provided he asked us to repair a broken mirror. I would love to see which company would pay for a mirror 2 weeks after customer received vehicle. There is no reason to answer his call or try to keep him happy because we will not pay for a mirror that we didn't break. If he had pointed out the mirror at the pick up location we would be happy to discuss his claim. Also it's just a side mirror that's a cheap fix. If we felt we broke it we would have no problem with paying for it. If we make a mistake we are happy to accept responsibility because we run a professional business. We have plenty of great reviews and lots of repeat customers.
