Brand new fridge not working on day 1, called the store and they basically said your on your own with the manufacturer.
They were of no help in getting a replacement fridge.

Buy at this store at your own peril

My mother (in her late 70s) went to the store to purchase a microwave. She wasn't sure what model to buy (was overwhelmed by the selection/options). She also wanted my father to see it (however he has been sick and home bound for a couple of years now). She selected one and after it was delivered to the house the next day, my father looked at it (it was never taken out of the box) and he thought it was too complicated for him. Mom attempted to return it but was advised it would cost her the shipping fee and 20% re-stocking fee (on the regular price not the sale price). The sales representative evidently didn't clarify this with her despite the fact that she explained what she wanted to do. Unfortunately she signed on the dotted line so... Based on many other reviews this seems to be their "modus operandi" and like someone else mentioned in earlier reviews, "I should have read the reviews beforehand and avoid this store like the plague".

Terrible! If you have a problem they will state they are only a "dealer" and they will divert you away to deal directly with the manufacturer with major hassle and wasted time.

This is a horrendous company to deal with. They took 3 months to deliver a fridge that was supposed to take 2 months (max) to deliver. It was over 1 month after the date they promised. They even told me it would be closer to 4 weeks but was delivered in 12 WEEKS! imagine. It having a fridge for that amount of time. Nightmare to deal with! They make excuses, they do very little to help you out. In the end hey gave me a crappy "loaner" fridge for the last week but that made very little difference.

Also be warned their delivery windows are an entire day. So be prepared to take a day off work in order to have something delivered.

I've been dealing with them for years, but they have now lost my business for life.

BEWARE! Do not shop for your appliances at this store, we have the worst experience ever!!!
we ordered 3 items, all three were different than what we had agreed to in the store and the store manaer said that we signed for it on delivery and so it's ours now and he won't take it back. They have the worst customer service, they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. So, save yourself the tremendous amount of stress and shop elsewhere. I tried to contact their head office to have this resolved and for 3 days of leaving multiple messages, no one has called me back. These guys mislead you and don't tell the truth. I regret that I did not check these reviews before i went shopping for these appliance because its pretty upsetting that I am now learning that I am not alone, and many many others have horrible experience with Corbeil.

Frigidaire Washer/Dryer Laundry Center, model # FFLE40C3QW0

Bought a washer/dryer unit from Corbeil Appliances in Ottawa (1900 Innes Rd, Gloucester) in May of 2016 and installed it in August of 2016 following renovations. To date I have not been able to get a single wash where my clothing is clean and without soap residue. We tried several types of soap, different settings, different water levels by adding water with a hose, and still we are unable to get clean clothing. We called Corbeil in November and they told us there was nothing they could do. We then contacted Frigidaire and they sent a repair man 3 separate times, and still no resolution. Frigidaire said they will not do anything further and this is how their unit works (or does not work).
We are extremely unhappy with the product and Corbeil did not provide any assistance.

Corbeil delivered a crushed range hood. 3 weeks later...we are still fighting for our money back. Horrendous customer service from head office and the store. Avoid corbeil at all cost!

I should have read the other reviews. These guys have written the book on how not to treat their customers. Paid full for my $7k stove and am still waiting for delivery after 10 weeks!!! They have my money and don't care - whatever the problem is. This is past a reasonable delivery time frame, so my lawyer says I am entitled to a full refund. We'll see how that goes. Save yourself the anguish - buy else where!

Bought a range hood and an electric range. We noticed after few days that there was a dent mark on the frame and called back to Vaughan store. Exchanging some phone calls, email, pictures etc... They have decided to provide us with a return. They credited back our credit card. Communication is a little bit frustrating. From past experiences I knew that this would not be one of my dream purchase but at the end of the day the dent mark is underneath the range and does not effect the performance not it's visible.
