We needed to replace our hardwood flooring in the kitchen and diningroom as we had decided the wear and tear over almost 20 years, plus a leak under the kitchen sink made it time to do so. We had Rowanwood install the original floor underneath our cabinets. We decided to get three quotes. We had concerns about cutting close to the kickplates and decided to remove all the kickplates and end gables on our cabinets so that we would not need 1/4 round. I spoke with Derrick and asked him if he had a team that could handle the scope of the work. I appreciated he heard our concerns and worked with us to end up with a beautiful new hardwood floor in a wider plank that has totally updated our space. Rowan Hardwood was able to move our install date up and were able to complete the job in a day. The team made sure that we would not need 1/4 round and the result is beautiful. Best decision ever, Jonathan and team are craftsmen. Perfect miters and attention to details. JK Luxury Home installed new casings and baseboards on the whole main floor of our home We had some challeges for them. One area in our home had three different heights of door frames in what was a post area. By the time they finished the result was all the same height. Jonathan also had a solution to make the moulding look right and not have to be cut in the same area.They worked extra long today to do the job in one day. Our home was clean when they left. They swept and vaccumed. We would not hesitate to have them back to do the top floor or recommend them to others. Many thanks for the fantastic job!!!!

Stay away from this company. They installed two exterior doors. Our old door was removed and the installer then went to install the side door and thought it was the wrong size. But measured and said I think it will work. It did not work. We have light coming through a space from outside, we have a mice entry and a millipede entry. When the lock broke I called the company and they told me it would be $500 plus to replace it. I emailed the company that made the lock and was told it was life time guarantee and they replaced it free of charge. I emailed the company reached out over Facebook regarding the ill fitting door and have been ignored. They also don't answer their phones. I approached another company that has the same doors to see if they would help us and we were told they could not. It appears this install was done incorrectly and we have thrown our $ in the trash. Note from the picture the distance of the door from the jab top and bottom. As of today I had one company come take a look at the door and said that is was a terrible install job. This is not something that has failed over years it is a bad install. I was told the solution is to remove the door and level it properly and reinstall. I would be more than happy if Moncada would fix this issue and I could then give a updated review that might be more in their favor. Seriously Moncada I would have expected better from you. Update. Moncada responded as you see below. I then reached out over email and requested that they please, please, please repair the door. I was told once again that the door was installed properly. The email went unanswered. I then sought out a company that repairs doors and locks they sent out a person to inspect Nove28 He told me the door was not installed properly and that he would show the pics and talk to the door specialist that deal with doors that have huge issues. That person has come back and told me the door was installed wrong and that there is not solution other than to purchase another door. So judge for yourself people. Do you believe the fact now 4 people have told me the door was installed wrong and no one wants to fix it. Or do you believe that it has issues with age as Moncada would like you to believe.
