Hamid is such a good teacher! We now know how to maintain our system. He taught us how to clean the filters and manage a complex installation. He provided and reasonably priced service.

We had Ariana Heating & Plumbing install a new air conditioner in our twelve year old home. We dealt with Hamid the owner and he installed the unit with one of his employees. The installation went very well and all pipes and wires were neatly installed. The work areas were left clean and they even put down protective sheets on the hardwood floor between the furnace room and the patio. The air conditioner is working great and appears to have been properly sized for our home. There were no extras or surprises and the job was completed for the amount qouted. Hamid was also a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions in a complete and honest manner.

Also the job was completed properly and my thermostat had an issue with the update , the thermostat was returned and new one was installed.
They have more focus on customer satisfaction and they are not looking for a quick installation and getting out of your door. They take their time to make sure the customer is satisfied.
