Customer support from move coordinators/sales staff leading up to the move was awesome. Moving is very stressful and they helped alleviate some of that stress. The team that helped load the truck on the day was incredible, fast and efficient, and I was amazed that they were able to fit all of my things onto the truck. The delivery day was a little rushed because my closing got delayed, so no fault of the move team, they were able to schedule additional guys to assist in getting everything done. Some items were placed in the basement or in incorrect rooms, but honestly I was too tired and delirious to assist and point them in the right direction so I take responsibility for that. Everyone was professional and polite, and they all made an exhausting long distance relocation a lot easier to manage. Thank you!

Moved across the country from a 4 bedroom house and could not recommend Atlantic moving more. Our movers, were incredibly diligent—watching over our stuff on move-out and move-in as if it were his own things being moved. They were incredibly efficient and more than able to lift and carry our things to the truck. Was amazing helping with inventory and taking apart things to make the move easier. When our things arrived in Edmonton on the day predicted, They continued to be amazing and were incredibly fast and careful in unloading the truck. Best moving experience we have had! Would definitely use them again.

We recently moved from Montreal to Toronto and selecting Atlantic was the best thing that could have happened to us. The whole process from Jon in the office, Trey in scheduling, the drivers and their workers were really great! Every person we dealt with was friendly and very helpful. We were delighted with our move from Toronto to Prince George. Your price was competitive, Phillip and crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job of wrapping and loading our belongings, many of which are fragile, valuable and irreplaceable. They worked hard all day and were friendly and professional. Our stuff arrived on schedule a couple of weeks later and the unloading went just as smoothly. They even helped us move furniture around. They cleaned up after themselves and left us with smiles on our faces. I have moved many times in the last thirty years and this is the first time that there was no damage whatsoever. My wife and I have moved several times, and have had positive experiences, as well as our fair share of less than pleasant experiences. I want to let you know that we are appreciative of all aspects of our long distance move via Atlantic. Right from the beginning, when I spoke to John, I knew I was in good hands. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Next were my phone conversations with Gary, with whom I had the most contact. All those same adjectives I used to describe John, apply to Gary, and I have to add that he was also very patient with my questions. It was sometimes difficult to remember what was happening on which day, for which move! The Long distance team, led by Andrew, was WONDERFUL. They were very professional: organized, polite, kind, patient. They were truly a well-oiled machine. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. And my parents reported that they were wonderful at delivery as well, upon delivery and unload. Finally, our local team, Mike, Victor and Matt, were also excellent. I will reiterate the same description of these men: they were ALSO professional… organized, polite, kind, patient; also a well-oiled machine. Moving is never very much fun, and as you well know, it’s truly exhausting, but the staff of Atlantic made our experience the best it could possibly be and we are sincerely grateful.

Our move from Fort McMurray to Oakville went off well largely because of Atlantic workers. Dima and his crew did great work. They packed our kitchen things well. Only one thing, a plastic container, was broken because it had been put in a box on top of a sharp spindle. This was a negligible loss. The crew worked tirelessly to pack things and move them and the things we had packed onto two trucks. We met them in our place where they picked up a couple of other items. They were there an hour before us. Our apologies for making them wait. I heard no complaints. They went right to work when we opened the cabin. At our new house, the moving men hustled our things into the house and garage. Jean and I worked first on emptying boxes packed by the crew in our early days here, but we couldn‘t unpack them completely because, as big as this house is, it doesn‘t have the storage space our much smaller house had. We waited for delivery of a new china cabinet and then finished unpacking. Now that all the boxes packed by the crew are unpacked, we can say that only the plastic container was broken of all the things packed by you. Amazing. I have to admit that we have many boxes still in our garage. Atlantic did a super job for us all the way around. Absolutely Great. I would recommend your company as a top-notch mover whose crews keep their schedules and pack customers‘ goods carefully.

If real estate is all about location, then moving is a lot about communication and preparation. I had open lines of communication with the moving company. The movers showed up fully prepared with tools, dolly’s, and enough personnel. Moving is a team effort. The movers showed up promptly, ready to move & were very professional. I tried to be accurate with all the things we needed moving so the 26 ft truck wouldn’t be overflowed. They did a really good job packing, wrapping & moving my furniture onto the truck. I like that they don’t use 18 wheelers because it was much easier to access my house & move it to the other end quicker. Very good customer service and reasonable pricing. We recently shipped our goods to Toronto with Atlantic coast movers and as compared to our last experience which was a nightmare, we received the services as assured. Nothing more nothing less which was acceptable to us. Long distance relocating is very complicated and they really good showed coordination with authority here on this one. Thanks a lot Atlantic!!!
