My wife and I have moved several times, and have had positive experiences, as well as our fair share of less than pleasant experiences. I want to let you know that we are appreciative of all aspects of our long distance move via Atlantic. Right from the beginning, when I spoke to John, I knew I was in good hands. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Next were my phone conversations with Gary, with whom I had the most contact. All those same adjectives I used to describe John, apply to Gary, and I have to add that he was also very patient with my questions. It was sometimes difficult to remember what was happening on which day, for which move! The Long distance team, led by Andrew, was WONDERFUL. They were very professional: organized, polite, kind, patient. They were truly a well-oiled machine. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. And my parents reported that they were wonderful at delivery as well, upon delivery and unload. Finally, our local team, Mike, Victor and Matt, were also excellent. I will reiterate the same description of these men: they were ALSO professional… organized, polite, kind, patient; also a well-oiled machine. Moving is never very much fun, and as you well know, it’s truly exhausting, but the staff of Atlantic made our experience the best it could possibly be and we are sincerely grateful.
