The space above the garage door was in serious need of either a repaint or having siding put over the peeling paint. Decided to have the siding and as we wanted to keep the window which provides light in the attic of the garage went with professional company rather than DIY. Dorian was very knowledgeable; gave us a number of choices and gave best quote for the work. Removing the lights was a challenge as they had been there for a while, but got them down and did leave a hole for new lights to go up (they do not do electrical). There was also a bit of a struggle getting the house # off, but they eventually succeeded without damage as we wanted to reuse those. Resulting work looks very good and although it must have been frustrating removing the lights and #s, they were exceedingly polite and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them.

Last year about this time I was looking for a someone to replace my eavestroughs and was lucky enough to find CityPro by chance. They came over late in the afternoon on a Saturday as promised and soon after I had new eavestroughs. Unlike my poor neighbour who used another company - that took weeks - the work on my house was done over a few days. CityPro even send an follow up email in the fall to see if all is well. All contractors can learn from CityPro's customer service skills - well done!!!

Last year when I was looking for someone to replace my eavestrough I called a number of companies. Some came over and some didn't - one actually said he had come over and left a quote in my mailbox - but really hadn't come over at all. I was feeling quite frustrated until the karmic lords of eavestrough came through. I saw CityPro working on a site on a Saturday and asked them for an estimate. As promised they showed up around 7 pm on a Saturday - they had just completed their job and I had my estimate a few days later. During the estimate process they actually dropped off a sample eavestrough. Coincidently, my neighbour was going through the same project and he had people on site - but despite being next door, these guys took their time coming with an estimate for me and they also took their sweet time with the installation of my neighbour's eavestrough. Not CityPro - my project was completed in a few days and they even followed up in the fall to see how everything was. All contractors out there can definitely pick up a few tips on customer service from CityPro and if you want to get your eavestrough done look no further.

Dorian and his crew were terrific They were very professional. They showed up when they said they would, the job was completed on time and the work was excellent. Their crew cleaned up the job site and was left spotless once they were finished. We will definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have aluminum work completed.

Not only did he do a fabulous job , he came back a year later to cut and rejoin up part of the eaves when I had stucco done and it no longer fit . He came without any question and did it without any fee. A year later and still dependable and reliable !! Thanks so much

Amazing team, 150% reliable, punctual, responsible, helpful and caring. Oh, and handsome!!! They replaced our old galvanized gutters with a beautiful new system. Came by a few times during rain to make sure it was draining well. Would hire them again and highly recommend to others.
