I noticed CityPro was working on a neighbour's house and decided to wander over and see if I might get a quote for having the eaves and downspouts replaced on the front of our home. Dorian not only gave me a great deal and answered all my questions but returned within two days to do the job exactly as promised. He even did a pro bono job for another neighbour at the same time who's facia had come off in a storm and needed to be put back on but was out of the reach of most ladders. An eaves trough project on a 50 unit condo townhouse complex, and a 96 patio door supply and install project at another townhouse condo project were very professionally done. The patio door project presented some challenges which were dealt with professionally. Prices were fair and workmanship was excellent. Dorian was always available and very responsive to deal with any issues that arose. Happy owners equals a happy property manager. Well done. Initial contact was a referral from a satisfied customer.
