i wish all contractors were like marcello..courteous,efficient,honest,dependable..if you need evestroughs,siding..heck call him and see what he can do for any outside repairs .the key is that he drove away,i was satisfied and knew if i needed him again he would be here asap...this was the first time ive written a review, cause hes worthy.

Years of terrible eaves leaking plus the City of Mississauga forcing residents to remove downspouts from weepers caused us to finally replace them. Not knowing anyone in this industry, it was time to roll the dice! I decided to call 3 companies that do this type of work. 1st company never showed to quote, 2nd company did not look very trustworthy and judging by the inside of his van - his work was probably the same. 3rd company -CityPro(Dorian and Marcello showed up, told me what I needed, measured everything and gave me a price). Having terrible experiences with other contractors for other work in the past, i took a chance and decided to hire them.It was the right choice. It was Truly A Pleasure to work with Dorian - prompt, professional and clean. Simply put, pride in their work at its finest (hard to find these days) Flawless installation and the cleanest jobsite i have ever seen. I would Highly recommend CityPro (which I have) and would use them for future jobs, guaranteed. Thanks again for restoring faith for homeowners in this world.

When I first contacted Dorian he said they don't cut corners no matter what...that is a very true statement because these guys went above and beyond and I am very happy with the results.
Marcello and his colleague (sorry can't remember his name) are super nice and take pride in doing their job. (They even cleaned up after which is a bonus!)

Extremely please with this company . Dorian came on Thursday , and the job was done by Sunday . 2 days , 11 hour day , 3 men and zoom . Beautiful job , fast , efficient , very nice guys . A rare breed indeed . Highly recommended . He came back 2 days later to finish some minor details as they had to stop due to the heat wave we encountered in Toronto in July . These guys rock .

Our previous eavestrough was not level, was leaking in the joints and we did not have enough downspouts.
Dorian pointed out the existing issues and laid out a good plan. The team was pleasant, unobtrusive and fast. They also helped me with some other small things around the roof, despite not being their responsibility.
They are proud of their work and it shows in the small details.
