Years of terrible eaves leaking plus the City of Mississauga forcing residents to remove downspouts from weepers caused us to finally replace them. Not knowing anyone in this industry, it was time to roll the dice! I decided to call 3 companies that do this type of work. 1st company never showed to quote, 2nd company did not look very trustworthy and judging by the inside of his van - his work was probably the same. 3rd company -CityPro(Dorian and Marcello showed up, told me what I needed, measured everything and gave me a price). Having terrible experiences with other contractors for other work in the past, i took a chance and decided to hire them.It was the right choice. It was Truly A Pleasure to work with Dorian - prompt, professional and clean. Simply put, pride in their work at its finest (hard to find these days) Flawless installation and the cleanest jobsite i have ever seen. I would Highly recommend CityPro (which I have) and would use them for future jobs, guaranteed. Thanks again for restoring faith for homeowners in this world.

2 years ago I was unfortunate to have my basement flooded due to backwater overflow from a major storm. I needed a Backwater Valve installed, and had used New Canadian Drain and Plumbing for previous plumbing work in my home and was very satisfied, so I decided to use them again. Once again I was very pleased with New Canadian, they arrived when they said they would, maintained an impeccable work area (even the City Inspector had commented it was one of the cleanest installation and job sites he had seen) They had to work through a finished part of my home, and it was almost as if they weren't there (I wish all contract work was done this way) All in all, I am pleased once again with the workmanship delivered by New Canadian and will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I was building a new washroom in the basement with no allocated plumbing so I called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing to route new lines and tie into my existing drains and supply for a shower, vanity, and toilet. The plumbers that came to my residence were on time, clean, professional, and knowledgable. I was glad to see that they came prepared with the right materials and the right mindset. The job was done efficiently, clean and right. Personally, I like to work with people that take pride in their work, it gives me peace of mind in knowing that the job was done right.
