Tom stopped by our house to test our water, as we seemed to be having issues with the amount of iron in our drinking water. We were getting brown discoloration, leaving stains, an unpleasant odour as well as unsafe for drinking. Tom stopped by in a very timely manner, testing our water on the spot, and offering us affordable options and solutions within the next business day. Purisoft came to install an iron filtration system a few days later and we have been happy with our safe, clean and clear water ever since with absolutely no odours. Very competitive pricing, and excellent service!

Tom and his daughter Hannah, showed up on time and performed the work in a timely manner. They were both very pleasant and easy to work with. Needed a fix for our current Water Softner. Decided to call up Tom and after talking with him about the possible solutions, went all along with getting a new one installed as the previous one was quite outdated. He is quite the professional from the start till the job was done. Everything was explained and he just made me feel comfortable. Did not pitch like the companies i had contacted (who try to force you into making a quick decision). I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I highly recommend Tom, Purisoft, for your water treatment needs. Tom was happy to come on a Saturday, at my request, while we were busy prepping our new home. We wanted our water to be ready when we moved in, but it happened even sooner! While Tom was on site checking our water and setup we agreed on a price, and 2 hours later I had perfectly softened and filtered water! I am confident that any service, other needs or questions we have will be addressed courteously, timely and knowledgeably in future, but I doubt we'll have any thanks to the utterly professional job.

We bought a Fusion 2, water softener with Reverse Osmosis and what a big difference. We knew the water in our neiborghood was hard and compare for the cost of the water softener and the cost to change the appliances (e.i. Fridge, dish washer and washing machine) it's totally worthy. Dishes are clean and spotless, we use less soap than before whether is hand wash, laundry or just even showering and we don't have dry skull or skin anymore. For those who has a LG fridge with ice maker and water distributing machine the size minimum hose require for your ice cubes machine is 3/8 from the RO (reverse Osmosis) upto the back where the 1/4 inch hose for your fridge is. It works perfectly. We really recommend it.

What can I say other then why did I wait so long to get one installed. Tom came over discussed what the system would do and where it would fit best for us. A few days later he was back to install. And we couldn't be happie. The dishes sparkle my laundry actually feels clean and soft and combing hair after bath time on the kids is much easier. So happy we went with Purisoft. Tom is a great sales person and is very knowledgeable.
