Needed a fix for our current Water Softner. Decided to call up Tom and after talking with him about the possible solutions, went all along with getting a new one installed as the previous one was quite outdated. He is quite the professional from the start till the job was done. Everything was explained and he just made me feel comfortable. Did not pitch like the companies i had contacted (who try to force you into making a quick decision). I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Bought a furnace from Cosmopolitan 2 years ago. Found a leak from within the unit. Called and booked an appointment with Ather who came out in his usual timely manner and fixed the issue promptly.
Had the Annual Furnance Maintainence performed by Ather. He really knows his craft inside out. Answered all my questions thoroughly and educated me on the technical side of things. Apart from that his professionalism was outstanding. Really made me feel cared for. I would recommend his services without any hesitation
Had a new furnace and a/c installed. I had a few companies come in and give quotes for the job. I decided to go with Cosmopolitan after researching them online. Fahim, came out, gave a great deal for the project and checked in multiple times when Fred was installing the equipment. I would like to commend the awesome job that Fred did. I had some companies refuse to install as the furnace room is a really tight fit. But Fred got the job done when I thought it was impossible to do so. Will definitely send referrals their way.
