I needed a water softener for my new house and contacted Purisoft. Tom was very accommodating and made an appointment that fit my schedule.
Tom arrived on time and the installation was quick and clean. I am very satisfied with the installation and highly recommend Purisoft.

I was amazed at how quickly the installation went! Initially I contacted the company and Tom came out the next day to give me a free water test and estimate on a softener. I was able to book an installation appointment very soon after that. The service and installation was very quick and professional.

After 18 years it was time to upgrade the water system and replace the softener and iron eater. Did a lot of online research for service, product quality and reputation. Tom and his company topped the list. I called him and he came out the next morning to check the water and make the recommendations for what we needed. His suggestions were in line with what i expected and the price was less than what I expected. Two days later Tom and his son returned for the install which took less than 90 minutes. Looks great, works awesome and the water is fantastic. Now i also have some bling in the water room with the stainless tanks. Thanks Tom !!!!!

I purchased a water softener and Iron Filter from Tom who also did the installation. He was very punctual and arrived exactly as he had indicated. Tom's extremely knowledgeable about the products he carries and is patient in explaining it in simple terms.

When the supplier had forgotten to include a certain part to compete the installation, I thought I had to reschedule. But Tom went out of his way to get the part and complete the installation as scheduled. Awesome guy who is very genuine! Best part about his company is you deal with the owner (him) directly from the purchase to installation and also after care as he will touch base with you as a follow up. Excellent service!
