Tom was very professional, quick to respond and did a quality installation. I woudl not hesitate to recommend puresoft, they do excellent work. After the work was complete Tom cleaned up the site - final is=nstallation was excellent.

Did a bunch of digging around online and found Purisoft with some excellent reviews. I gave them a call and Tom was quick and responsive to my questions. We set something up and he made a far drive to Markham from Barrie. The installation process was simple and he was very friendly. I had a separate RO drinking system that I received somewhere else and he was able to install it without issues as well. Price was reasonable for the Chlor A Soft water softener. Took about 2 hours total. Would recommend if in the area.

I contacted Tom after the previous owners left a card for Purisoft. We had an old "saltless" softener that I suspected wasn't functioning. I also wanted him to take a look at the iron filter to make sure it was functioning properly.

After a quick water assesment he informed me that the iron filter was functioning properly but the softener wasn't. We agreed to install a new softener and chose a date.

Tom came exactly on time and the installation was quick. He also changed the filters on our UV system and changed a few settings on the iron filter to make it function better.

Overall very happy with Purisoft. I appreciate the honesty in not trying to sell me something we don't need. Would gladly use Purisoft again.
