Very impressed with this service, the service person Dima, knew the product well, had the reason for the breakdown identified within minutes of arrival, was able to show me the issue once the machine was moved out from under the counter, identified the parts needed and had them shipped and was available to install the parts within two days. Again very impressed with Dima and will recommend him to family and friends..

Great and fast service. They replied to my initial request in under an hour and the issue was resolved a few days later. They were able to reduce the costs on a repair as well, which was much appreciated.

Dima was our service technician and he was very helpful. He diagnosed the problem and walked us through the process. He explained what was needed to repair our dishwasher and provided a detailed quote. We relied on his professional judgment to help make our decision. Within an hour he was able to fix the problem. He was efficient, clean, polite and very friendly. We are more than satisfied with the service and repair that Dima provided. Thank you.

Maytag 5000 series dryer repair

Serge the appliance repair tech immediately detected the burnt out part and immediately replaced it! The small burnt out part cost a paltry $54 and presto in only half an hour from start to finish Serge was here and gone and our dryer is fully fixed and operational again! So thank you for the amazing 5 star quality service provided and I highly recommend these guys if you ever have an appliance issue you want resolved quickly and professionally as they come!

Thank you for your feedback.
We use only original parts from manufacturer and we work by market prices, Oven igniter with mounting bracket that was replaced cost $143.73 + tax. We don’t use or buy after market prices or refurbish parts so we are not sure where customer came with this part prices!
The technician was at the house for about 40 minute, provided a quote and was approved by the customer’s daughter that was in contact with the customer over the phone.
We would be happy for customer satisfaction.

Broken fridge fixed

My fridge was not defrosting itself which resulted in accumulation of ice and water dripping on the floor. Dima promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He walked me through the whole process and explained every step. He took care not to make a mess. Great professional!
