Thank you for your feedback.
We use only original parts from manufacturer and we work by market prices, Oven igniter with mounting bracket that was replaced cost $143.73 + tax. We don’t use or buy after market prices or refurbish parts so we are not sure where customer came with this part prices!
The technician was at the house for about 40 minute, provided a quote and was approved by the customer’s daughter that was in contact with the customer over the phone.
We would be happy for customer satisfaction.
