I had a sad Bosch dishwasher. The door springs were damaged and it flopped open uncontrollably when loading dishes. It was only a matter of time til this was going to cause serious damage to the hinge.
I searched online and found FAc. The communication was prompt and excellent. The follow-up to booking was also excellent. The day before I received a personal call to confirm the appointment (who does this?!!).
On site, the technician was knowledgeable, patient and non-alarmist (the best trait). They had everything in the truck to make the necessary repairs. We said, 'yes' and the door was fixed within an hour. Sweet.
