From our initial inquiry phone call to the final product, the VEL Windows team delivered top notch service. Their price was fair, their employees were professional and efficient. They began our project shortly after we called and the job was completed within a couple days. We will look to VEL again if we need any other window work.

We contracted Vel to create and install a custom shower door for our ensuite bathroom. Kimberley was great to deal with. After a rough description of our needs, we received a quote within hours of our brief conversation. The quote was exactly in line with our expectations. The following week, one of their staff came and took specific measurements. He was on time and professional. A couple weeks later, the installers arrived on time and finished installation quicker than expected. Everything looks great! Exactly what we envisioned. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely use Vel in the future.

We had discussed installation of a new shower door with another company but were not pleased with their recommendation or price, so we reached out to VEL. Their idea for the design of the door was exactly what we wanted and their price was $500 less than their competitor. The day of the install the VEL crew showed up earlier than the appointed time ( WOW!) and as result finished sooner than we expected. Fantastic! Great communication, wonderful customer service and did a great job on both projects. Had our window well extended due to recent changes of code and had our home gym fitted with custom mirrors which turned out perfect. Kim is such a pleasure to deal with!

My wife and I found VEL windows online when researching a company to cut in an egress window as well as replace a couple of old wood windows we needed to update. I sent an email looking to get a quote and they got back to me right away asking what would be a good time to come by. They come by when it was good for me to take measurements, they got the quote to me in the next couple of days. Once we decided to go ahead with the project they ordered the windows and told us they would be here in 3 weeks, The week before 3 weeks was up they were calling to set up the install time. Told me when the guys would be on site and how long it would take. They had it all right. Job was done on time and very clean. No mess left behind.

I will be calling them back when I need to my main floor windows.

This is a great company to work with, after getting quotes from several companies and dealing with various sales people I am so glad I found them. They came out and inspected the job and were able to answer all my questions and give honest answers. Their prices were amazing. Their crews did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Kim at their office kept us informed at all times and was a great pleasure to deal with. Final product was great and I would rehire them for any future project. You will not be disappointed.

Selected VEL after reading the reviews here. Their price is very competitive with others (I checked) and their service was excellent. Kim was very responsive to everything and Aaron's installation recommendations were spot on. We originally wanted a header-less, frame-less enclosure but that would have meant many large and possibly unsightly clips. Aaron suggested a small header and that was the right choice. We also went with an upgraded bold square profile ladder door pull which matches our square shower head and accessories, faucets etc. There are many options to choose from in both the enclosure and the hardware and Kim and others will work with you on that. Highly recommended.
