They sold coupons on Wagjag just to trap people to sell other services. They will force you to do those cleanings or they will just waste your money and do nothing! Absolutely garbage company! Stay away!

Avoid this company. First they said they have removal warranty but later they denied. I paid $320 but still the problem has not resolved yet.
They are not professional. They damaged my house gutter and parking door. They don't care about quality of service. Money is the only thing that they care about it.

Bought this service off WagJag. $89 for 15 ducts. $10 for extra ducts. I knew I had 19 so I was prepared for the $40 extra. As soon as they came in they asked to leave their boots on, no booties or other protection... Unprofessional. Next was the "inspection". The guy used his phone and took a shot inside my 2 year old furnace and said how dirty it was. Next while counting the Ducts they also added in the Cold Air Returns in the count upping my count to 24. Next came the real money grab. $200 each for my heat exchanger and Air Conditioner. I said I didn't want them done because I had a service with Reliance. He indicated they would not do this even though I know they will. I said I only wanted the service I paid for. They would not do it. They said there would still be dirt. I said I don't care as long as the majority of it was clean. Again they would not do it. I told them to leave. It took another 10 minutes of them arguing before they actually left.
Before buying their service I did read the reviews on Google. After I did a lot more research and found the reviews are completely false. Out of all the positive reviews the people reviewed two connected companies who do the same job.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!

I was very pleased with your duct cleaning service. The young men who did the work were very serious about the job and wasted no time. The fellow in charge explained the work to me so I understood exactly what he was doing and why. I appreciate having a much cleaner home.

Good work overall. Happy about the result. However basement was not swept after cleaning was completed leaving floor covered with dust. Concerns about the crew who did not wear masks or ear protection during the procedure.

Purchased a voucher for duct cleaning from Living Social Deals (normal deal was $69). When they came, they completely refused to perform the service unless I paid them $450 to clean my HVAC units first. When I asked for a refund, they only offered 50%. Neither their refund policy or condition for the HVAC units to be cleaned to their liking had been stipulated in the voucher prior to purchasing. When I escalated to the Better Business Bureau, Inline tried to blame Living Social for not refunding me when really, they should have. Also very difficult to schedule a follow-up appointment and they stood me up at the last appointment. Very dishonest and tried to get me to pay hundreds more than what I originally paid. I'm out $63 in the end.

Very bad customer service. Never come on time. Big time for Canadian revenue service they ask for cash money and say don’t have to pay tax.

I was told job will be done on time and everything will be done properly never show up on time. After i called multiple time they decided to come at night to job.

The worst company I ever seen. No professionalism and business ethics. Don't waste your time and money on this. They wasted my precious Saturday. They don't deserve your dime. What a nightmare dealing with this people. Beware of this people.

I have to echo the previous reviewers comments entirely. In addition to being a bait and switch for $500, they backed their truck into my neighbours garden, stomped all over her flowers and had complete disregard for what they did despite me pointing it out. I would not recommend them to anyone.
