Our wholehome humidifier was not functioning and I contacted a couple of companies through homestarts. Brae was very quick to get back to me and answer many of my questions. We found out that a selonoid value may need to be replaced. He advised me that it is better to install a new humidifier than replacing the value as price of the part plus labour would likely be close to a new one. Once a decision was made he came with a short notice and replaced our humidifier in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Brae for all your heating and cooling needs.

The worst company I ever seen. No professionalism and business ethics. Don't waste your time and money on this. They wasted my precious Saturday. They don't deserve your dime. What a nightmare dealing with this people. Beware of this people.

He has provided me an excellent customer service. He was quick to respond to my enquiry as well as very flexible to my schedule. He was also on time to the home inspection and did a an excellent job inspecting the house. I also enjoyed his food for thought explanation and recommendations on how to maintain my new home. His service courtesy I believe is exemplary. He provided me a CD with digital walk through of the inspection and a written summary of recommendations.
