Our fireplace wouldn't light although the pilot light was strong. I called TrueFlame on the basis of on line recommendations. Jeff set up an appointment for the next morning and he arrived at exactly the time he said. he covered the floor for protection and explained what was required along with an expected price. Although he had to go to get a part, he worked efficiently and tested for the unit and checked for carbon monoxide. He explained what he was doing and the reason for it and is very competent. I would certainly call him again.

Jeff was friendly, professional, and honest. It turned out that the problem we had was actually quite minor. He presented some options, and did a thorough inspection and cleaning.
