I had an older fireplace that wouldn't work. After multiple technicians coming in and out of my home all of them recommended to just replace the unit. I decided to give Trueflame a shot after a reccomendation from a friend. Jeff came in and assessed the problem and advised me that a simple inexpensive part would be the solution ( under $200 verses a $3000 fireplace). 2 years later and it still turns on, on the first light.

I recommend this company to anyone that needs servicing on there fire place unit. I was really impressed how professional and clean they were. I will definitely call them back in the future.

Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The blower fan on my fireplace has gone bad and they were able to distinctly identify the correct blower fan model for the fireplace base on brand. Did a very well job of clean the fireplace, repairing the fan and quality check all the safety. Would definitely call again for service and would recommend to anyone in need of a fireplace service. The service charge & hourly rate is rather pricey, but considering it's my first time getting a fireplace repair/clean it might be the ball park I don't know. All in all I am satisfied with the work done.

The technician, Jeff, was helpful, on time and very knowledgeable. He was efficient and kept the area around the fireplace clean as he proceeded to correct the problem. He also took the time to answer questions we had regarding our furnace (not fireplace!!). We will definitely call this company again.
