Just stay away from this company.
Empty promise, nothing get done for 5 months now. I though the pandemic is over, even with the supply chain still in recovery, 4 or 5 months is enough time for them to process my order and installed it. But I was wrong, this company is not a legit company anymore.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Vinyl City and specifically with Katrina. We had windows installed over a year ago, but the job is not complete as one screen has still not been installed. Despite numerous calls and attempts to contact the company, we have not received any response or resolution to this issue. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional behavior, and I am deeply disappointed with Vinyl City's lack of accountability and responsibility. I urge others to beware of their poor customer service and unreliable practices.

We wanted to replace all of our windows along with the front and back doors. The project was not strait forward replacement, as we wanted to change the size and the style of all windows and increase the doors’ hight. Our experience proved to be a challenge with many of the highly rated window companies we contacted. The impact of Covid on the window industry was clearly evident.
Fortunately, VinylCity proved to be an exception. Our initial contact with them resulted in a very quick response and an appointment was set up to discuss our needs. When the sale rep visited he was very informative in presenting product options for us. There was never a sense of pressure, and he took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. His price quote was very competitive for high quality slim windows. The anticipated two day installation went incredibly smooth. The workmanship appears to be very good, particularly the caulking. We love our new windows and doors!! Great and attentive service! Always willing to answer calls and follow up. I would recommend VinylCity windows and doors in a heartbeat.

I have to replaced all my windows and doors after five years because of all the above issues

PPoor customer service and terrible results. After many eventually they came to install my door. There was a space between the door and the frame and cold was coming into the room. The installer recognized the issue and called the office - there was yelling back and forth which I did not understand as they were talking in Russian, but I know that the installer was trying to explain that the door was defective. The owner did not want to take the responsibility and the installer left my house saying that there is nothing he can do; the owner would have to send someone from the factory to fix the door as it was defective. After a few more weeks, the installer came back and glued a piece of fluffy cloth between the door and the frame to stop the draft. They didn't even take the time to look up and see that upper corner had the same problem. I did not need 'expert installers' to stick a piece of cloth on the door, I could have done it myself.
When I voiced my concerns about 'the fix', Ekaterina's response was that the installer said that the door was now in good order and they are waiting for the payment - worst experience, so disappointing!

let me give u a background of their deceit and fraudulent behavior.
>> our order and the initial deposit was taken in mid June, after that no communication what so ever. the guy who came to sign the contract told us that he was an ex-fire marshall.
>>> move forward 2 more months and no communication from them. so i called them to ask about my installation date for 3 -4 days, left messages but no response. (we almost thought that we came across a fraud and gave up on the hope to get out windows installed) then on the 5th day someone picked up the phone and said they will inform me the date by the end of the day. which according to their watch is 2 more days.

>>> been calling them since 2nd week of sep for papers to file the rebate but keeps getting turned down by either they are 2 busy or they will send u by the end of the day. which hasn't so far and its 4th of oct.

so my recommendation to anyone thinking about using the company is RUN AWAY AS FAST AS U CAN. Take ur business to some more professional company with better track record and customer satisfaction scores.

Where do I start? Except signing the contract, which was a breeze, everything else was difficult, unprofessional and plainly horrendous!

I signed the contract by end of April with clear indication to complete the job by early June. Some work was done on time albeit poorly, one window did not fit due to wrong measurements taken by the company, the installer did not know to bring the aluminium caping, the installer broke the window, etc. etc. Every time on the phone or in person in their office, the story becomes long, sad, full of promises and deceit.

Now it is mid-September and I still do not have the job done. April to September.

We’ve had some post installation issues and the installation manager has not been responsive at all - we've emailed, called and texted but still nothing. Its been almost 2 months since my installation has completed. No one has followed up with me on my issues with the incorrect windows and my rebate still has not been processed. Worst customer service ever. I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone.

The problem has been there over half year, no actions with different reasons. Door & Windows still have defects there without any resolution. Totally more than 30 phone calls, Sometimes said "call you later", sometimes said "will get someone to go to your house", sometimes the person came and said "I didn't know what to fix, I couldn't do anything since I have no right tools". Looking for small court to settle with them instead of endless...
