We decided to renovate our small upstairs bathroom. After purchasing all the tiles, grout, vanity, etc we realized actually installing all of these things was WAY beyond our skill set. Thankfully, Ken from Ultimate Bath Systems came to our rescue. He did an AMAZING job getting the tiles in, patching and painting the walls, grouting, removing the old fixtures and installing the new ones. Always on time, respectful of our home, neat and clean work, even finished a day early! I can't say enough good things.

We required a walk in tub for a family member with accessibility issues. Our bathroom had already been renovated and we were worried about damaging the tile work.
There are numerous tubs of this type on the market and very expensive so it was a project that required a lot of research and many estimates. Many of the popular tubs advertised are sold by sales people who may know the product but the have no understanding of the logistics of plumbing, electrical and tile issues because once they make the sale it is turned over to other contractors who at times are unknown to the salesperson. This can significantly raise the price of installation and in many cases you are not able to check on the reputation and quality of work.
I was so fortunate to find Ken through Homestars. He is knowledgeable, prompt, honest and personable. He recommended a tub that is manufactured in Alberta and has been in business for many years. His wife Connie was a great resource for helping choose the options. The price estimate I was given was probably the closest to cost that I have received in years. No surprises. The quality of the whole project is exceptional. There was minimum disruption to our household during the installation. Besides being extremely conscientious about his work, Ken was equally so in the cleanup. If you are looking for a high quality job done by a company that values integrity and fair prices then Ken and Ultimate Bath Systems is the only way to go.

Our bath tub needed to be replaced. They were very good about explaining our options and what materials were available.
We chose to replace the tiles with acrylic walls at the same time.

Ken did a great job remodeling my mom's bathroom. He worked with her to help her stay within a very reasonable budget. Work was done quickly and he did a great job! Highly recommend.

We hired Ultimate Bath Systems to upgrade our tub and shower with a safety door and safety bars. Ken was very helpful during his first visit to explain what we could do. We were very pleased when he came to do the job for us on the day we had agreed on. He was on time, worked hard the whole day and did a beautiful job. Ultimate Bath Systems is very professional, honest and reliable. They came when they said they would be here and did everything they said they would do.
