We required a walk in tub for a family member with accessibility issues. Our bathroom had already been renovated and we were worried about damaging the tile work.
There are numerous tubs of this type on the market and very expensive so it was a project that required a lot of research and many estimates. Many of the popular tubs advertised are sold by sales people who may know the product but the have no understanding of the logistics of plumbing, electrical and tile issues because once they make the sale it is turned over to other contractors who at times are unknown to the salesperson. His wife Connie was a great resource for helping choose the options. The price estimate I was given was probably the closest to cost that I have received in years. No surprises. The quality of the whole project is exceptional. There was minimum disruption to our household during the installation. Besides being extremely conscientious about his work, Ken was equally so in the cleanup. If you are looking for a high quality job done by a company that values integrity and fair prices then Ken and Ultimate Bath Systems is the only way to go.
