Ultimate Bath Systems

I contacted Connie of Ulitmate Bath Systems in Calgary, when one of my properties showed signs of possible water and mould damage to the bathroom. Ulitimate Bath Systems was my "third" contact in my "due dilegence" of quote checking. Every other company I contacted was outrageous in their assessment of what needed to get done as well as in their quotations. It was very evident from the inital onsite consultation from Ken that Ultimate Bath Systems knew their stuff and took great pride in their product. Choosing their company was a no brainer, and infact when comparing their product to other companies the price was slightly higher- however I decided to choose Ultimate Bath Systems because of their knowledge, care and consideration to the project. The renovation went smoothly, clean up was efficient, and follow up was thorough. To add, there was NO water or mould damage in the end. I do have to wonder what the other companies were "seeing" and quoting on when it was confirmed that there were no signs of this. I'm so thankful, I chose such an honest company to work with. I have no hesitation in working with Connie and Ken of Ultimate Bath Systems Calgary again!

My renovation first started off as a nightmare. The previous owner of this business promised to do two bathtub and shower wall renovations, one at my rental property and one at my house. When we had put deposits down for both, the previous owner just disappeared. Didn't answer any of my emails or phone calls and didn't show for the scheduled day of work at my rental property. I was extremely worried that our deposit was gone. In reality the previous owner had sold his company to Ken and than proceeded to sabotage the business. I was ready to just give up, after the second reschedule of the work and a drunk phone call from the previous owner. Ken, the new owner immediately got a hold of me and let me know that the previous owner was no longer involved in the business and he was personally going to see to the renovation. Not only did Ken personally look after our first renovation and ensure that the work was done in a timely manner, the renovation was beautiful and well done. Our second renovation went off without a hitch and I'm happy to report its been a year since both were done and they are both looking great.

Ken and Connie were awesome right from the start! Ken came out to provide an estimate and he was kind, professional and it was clear that he cared about helping us select a shower design that would best suit our needs and our budget. Communication was great, they even helped me with selecting a new shower colour when I realized the one we chose wouldn't match our new floors! Ken was super pleasant to have in our home, the work was finished on time and on budget. He cleaned up so well each day that my husband couldn't believe someone had been working there. Our new shower is awesome and I can't thank them enough! Not only are they great bath modelers, they're great people too and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
