Matt & Rob moved us recently from a 3000 sqft. house to a 1000 sqft. condo. They came 2 days ahead of our move date and carefully and thoughtfully packed up our China, crystal and our entire kitchen. Move day was a breeze, they arrived early, prepared and were incredibly careful and efficient. They reduced our stress level and were pleasant the entire time. When they were done they asked if there was any other jobs that they could help with and removed boxes and packing stuff as well! I cannot say enough good things about the service that we received. Hopefully we will not be moving again anytime soon but I will wholeheartedly recommend Matt and Rob for YOUR move. Thank you!

We move every few years. We were willing to pay a premium (they are very expensive) to have our items and move taken care of professionally. The salesman Jeff seemed to know what he was doing. Bottom line adjusting for travel time it cost us 50% more then our move a year and a half ago and we had got rid of a lot of large furniture since the last move. We had the most damage we ever had had to our furniture and our home. They came a day early to wrap stuff and still destroyed a $2000 piece of furniture because it was not wrapped properly. They did offer to compensate me $150 which I did not accept because clearly it was not properly wrapped. On delivery to our brand new house they did not put down one runner. They also damaged 2 other pieces and nicked walls and trim. Constantly deal with movers and this company has been the worst to deal with.

Fernando and Felipe gave us a perfect service. Punctual, efficient, and so kind. The help was the best and for my partner a relief counting with this service, we needed extra hands and we receiveded a amazing support for The moving. Also, we got a beautiful plant for our new home.

Helped move my two bed room apartment. Movers were fast and efficient, and came under estimate. They wrapped everything and didn't out any marks on my walls. I also got a nice plant at the end.

Our family of 4 moved from a house in East Vancouver to North Burnaby and we chose to go with “You Move Me,” for this move.
With our last move we chose to go with a small moving company and had the most unpleasant experience.
The service YMM provided was awesome.

1) They actually came to our house to do an estimate, emailed me the info and went over any special instructions we had (last small company we used did not do any of the above)

2) They had someone call approximately 1 week before our move to confirm details (last company I had to call them to confirm)

3) They arrived half hour early! (Last company was 1 hr late and because we were moving out of an apartment and had a specific time allotted for the elevator it was very inconvenient)

4) They really do offer you coffee! I already had mine in hand when they called to ask, but I thought that was an awesome offer.

4) All 3 movers were polite, professional and worked really hard.

5) they even gifted us a little plant for our new home. Small but very nice touch!

Used this group 4 times while moving into our brand new home this past year.

First two moves were ok (movers are nice fellows, so we booked again) only one damaged ceramic vase and a box clearly marked "fragile" dropped on the stone path, 3rd time they damaged the wall in the brand new home (into drywall). Was told I would receive a call from the manager - didn't. I sent two emails over 3 weeks, none replied to.

Last move (shortly after) they also damaged/broke a large handmade ceramic mirror in the truck and the movers apologized and acknowledged but that was it.

Have pictures of all damages. The guys they hire are very polite and nice, but I would recommend NOT paying the company's higher prices for a coffee and a plant in a mug while they damage your items and simply don't respond to emails.

I used You Move Me Vancouver to move from a townhouse to a single family home.

The movers called ahead to let me know how far away they were and expected arrival. They asked if anyone in the household wanted a coffee and what to put in it which was nice. The movers remained professional and did not use any foul language or talk about anything inappropriate given older and young child in the house. The movers moved several large heavy wood dressers with ease and did not bang up a single wall. The best was that they moved my Yamaha stand up piano out 1 stair from original residence, up 21 stairs at the new house with hardwood floors, a 90 degree turn and I didn't hear any issues with it at all. NO dings in the piano and it stayed in tune which I didn't expect, however they prepped it and wrapped it with a lot of padding. Well done guys!
