Used this group 4 times while moving into our brand new home this past year. First two moves were ok (movers are nice fellows, so we booked again) only one damaged ceramic vase and a box clearly marked "fragile" dropped on the stone path, 3rd time they damaged the wall in the brand new home (into drywall). Was told I would receive a call from the manager - didn't. I sent two emails over 3 weeks, none replied to. Last move (shortly after) they also damaged/broke a large handmade ceramic mirror in the truck and the movers apologized and acknowledged but that was it. Have pictures of all damages. The guys they hire are very polite and nice, but I would recommend NOT paying the company's higher prices for a coffee and a plant in a mug while they damage your items and simply don't respond to emails.

John Jaswal provides a prompt and good service in re-roofing. He is accessible at all times when he sends his crews over to do the roofing work and the homeowner has questions/concerns. I met quite a few different company representatives that responded to my request for estimates and decided to go with John for the sole reason that I felt more comfortable with his explanation of his quote and he appeared to be knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Issues arose during the roof replacement due to the heavy rains and when I called or emailed John I always received an immediate response. The crew were friendly and tidied up after themselves each day. I will be contracting John to do the yearly maintenance he recommended for the future life of the roof. I would have no problem recommending John Jaswal and his team to any family or friends that are in need of repairs or re-roofing jobs. Honest service and no surprise extra costs. Thanks John!
